How to retrieve product data into avecdo again?

The easiest way is to go to Shop overview page and click “Fetch Shop”. Hereby our system goes to your webshop and retrieves all product and category data, and inserts the data. Note that you can also set how often the data should be retrieved here and see how long it last took to retrieve your data, if you are a paying customer in avecdo. Quick Link

My data is not up to date?

If you have changed a product or category on your webshop, avecdo and your channels do not automatically live synchronize. This happens one to several times a day depending on several settings in avecdo but also on the channel itself.

If you are a paying user of avecdo, you can set the system to download from your webshop every six hours. You can also manually enter your shop overview and retrieve data in avecdo from your shop. This can be done every half hour. Your channels’ “data feeds” are built automatically when new data changes is retrieved.

Payment

What does “Paid feature” mean?

A Paid feature is a function that can only be used, if you pay for a service in avecdo. If you need a paid feature but are not a paying user due to the fact that you only have one free channel, you can quickly become a paying user by installing channel number two. Quick Link

What does a “free” channel mean??

It’s as simple as it says – the first channel you choose to install is currently free – which means you can have a free account while using avecdo for free (albeit with some restrictions) provided you keep the first channel you install . The restrictions include that you can only update your data from your shop once a day. Quick Link

How do I get my money back?

Our goal is that everyone is satisfied, therefore we also offer that everyone can get their money back. Anyone can therefore get their money back for a purchase in avecdo, if you have not used the purchased service, and request a refund within 72 hours of the purchase.  Quick Link
